Simply incredible experience. To make sense of how incredible this was we had a prior Realtor for about a year who never really got traction. Andrea and her colleague came in, took a critical look at the layout and staged the property and took some pieces out. That was I think three days before a good offer that was negotiated in a matter of hours, signed and the process started. It went without a single hitch and Andrea had contacts to make the new fixes identified in the Inspection Report. We never had to visit from Colorado as they built trust with us completely.
